Lightroom Mobile: New images marked as edited

Hello. First off, I love the new direct import feature for Lightroom, allowing iOS users to bypass the old two step process of first importing to their device's Camera Roll. I believe I found a glitch with it, though. I've seen today, both on my iPad and iPhone, that photos imported directly into lightroom are being marked as edited, whereas photos imported from the camera roll via the old method are marked as unedited. For example, if I import 10 photos into an album directly from lightroom, and then import 5 more photos from the camera roll via the old method, then go to filter the album by edited state, I see 10 photos are edited, and 5 are unedited. Even though I haven't touched any of them.
