Lightroom CC: Never ending sync of 7 photos

LR CC shows it's syncing 7 photos endlessly.

What I have tried:
Uninstall/Reinstall
cleared caches
tried several solutions for similar problems

This problem only occures on one of my two Macs.

Note that syncing itself works without a problem. Photos are synchronized between two macs, iPhone and an iPad. But one of the macs always shows that syncing is in progress and it's really irritating.

I've waited for the update to solve this problem, but it's still present.

Filtering by 'syncing' photos shows no results.

First port of call, can you please go to Help menu > System Info and confirm which version number you're using please?

Ok, next, click on the Refine icon at the top (next to the search field) so it shows the filter bar and from one of the pop-ups you'll be able to see the sync status. That'll show which photos are having trouble.

As I've stated above, syncing filter results in "0" photos (black hole..). Otherwise it would be an easy fix :)

Ah, sorry, I missed that line.

One "nuclear" option would be to delete the Lightroom Library.lrlibrary file from your Pictures folder and let it download from the cloud as if it's a new computer. Make sure everything's safely synced to the cloud before you do so though.

One of the engineers might have another idea. If you go to Preferences > General tab and hold down the Opt key, and a diagnostic log button appears. That might offer some clues about which photos are having trouble.

What should I look for in the log?

Sync Error Handler
(empty table)

P.S.
I wouldn't want to resync 150GB library  :/

The engeneers have solved the issue with a LUA script.
