I am using Photoshop Elements 11 on Windows 7 64-bit. I also have Microsoft Outlook 2010. When I go to share photos using Email it only gives me the Adobe Email Service option and when I put in my email address it says it is going to send me a verification email. I never received this email so that I could get a verification code. I have checked my Comcast email and there are no spam messages. Please help as I cannot send any email pictures since I never get an email with the verification code and there is no other choice but Adobe Email Service to choose from. My email is salday@comcast.net

I bought 2 copies of elements 11 specifically to use with the Adobe email service with Comcast email. I have been unable to get around the verification email issues. The first issue was an email received in my Comcast inbox announcing a verification code - there was no verification code included. All future attempts to resend the verification code have resulted in no email received in Comcast. I have checked the spam folder repeatedly to no avail.

This product is worthless to me without this feature. I would demand my money back but I can't find a way to directly communicate with Adobe to make the request!
