Hi! When I'm saving as a jpeg in elements 10. Everything LOOKS like it goes through - I switch the format, move the slide to maximum size in the grey box that pops up, hit save, blah, blah.... BUT when I go to look at the file, it's just a blank white icon that looks like a sheet of paper without anything on it. What's going on???? Any ideas?

Are you looking at the contents of the file, or just it's icon in the Finder/Explorer?

The file icon looks like a blank piece of paper. When I click on it, it doesn't open.

If you add ".jpg" to the end of the file, does it work correctly?

I think that may be it!!!! I just tried it and it worked! I've never had to do that before, and it had previously saved without me doing that, but if that's what I have to do, I'm happy to! Thanks for the help!
