Really need the option to save images in 300dpi in LR CC. Print shops and editorial want 300dpi but LR CC only saves in 240dpi. I don't want to switch to classic or have to edit in photoshop all the time, Can you please give this option to save as 300dpi to speed up work flow.

DPI has no bearing on the quality of the image. If you have an image that is 6000 x 4000 pixels, for instance, it will be the same dimensions whether it is 72 PPI, or 240 PPI, or 300 PPI. Changing that setting isn't going to alter the quality of the image in any manner whatsoever.

Makes a massive difference in printing! And that is why I need it, 300dpi is the print standard.

If you have ANY printing capabilities at home, try printing and 8 x 10 at 72 PPI and again at 300 PPI from the same image and compare. If you don't have any home printing capabilities, send the same image to Costco or Walmart or somewhere else at the two different settings and spend a couple of dollars and compare them. I think you will be surprised. I have done it, and there is literally no difference in quality between the two.

I’m having images printed on the side of buildings and in high quality magazines and 300dpi is the requested standard!!
It is normal and available in LR classic & Photoshop and therefore should be available in LR CC!!
