Photoshop: Caps lock is stuck on

my photoshop have a problem when I type the message. English is capitalized, but the Capslock does not turn on. but in a different language, no problem. I use 2 computer, Have the same problem. I think that since I update the program. How can I fix it?.

I have attached it. It includes PSD files, image files, and Adobe Info.

Looks like you have All Caps enabled in the Character Panel.
(Window>Character)
