my subscription is expired in Lightroom mobile

Hi, i have the same problem too. it says that my subscription is expired. Could you help me with this?

1. How long since you subscribed/renewed?
2. Have you doubled checked your Adobe ID to make certain it is the correct ID for your subscription?  (Many people have more than one ID and it is easy to enter the wrong one sometimes)
