My Photoshop CC 2019 is using CC 2018 folders/configurations?

After upgrading to CC 2019 I have some problems. One of them is that CC 2019 still seems to look in my CC 2018 folders for some settings/configurations. It sounds like a bad idea. Not only because I would like to delete those old folders, but also it seems a technical debt that only will make everything more confusing (and unpredictable?) when I someday upgrade to say CC 2020...

When I upgraded to CC 2019 I selected to delete the older CC 2018 in same step (though I also took a backup of most CC-related folders before starting the whole process). But apparently(/luckily?) the deletion of old installation is not 100 effective... I also choose to import/transfer old settings to the new setup.

At first most things looked to be working correctly. Most plugins and configurations seems to have survived.

First sign of something being wrong was when I discovered I was missing my own preset/configuration in the "Save for Web (Legacy)" dialog. Actually it might have been there first time I ran CC 2019 (I'm unsure?), but now it was definitely gone. Okay, I can live with that, and just started to define my own export settings again. But when I wanted to save my new preset, the Save dialog didn't open in the expected folder, but in a new folder I earlier on the day had created and defined as my new cache location in Photoshop.

So, instead I manually found the folder I expected CC 2019 to look for presets in, and saved my settings in that folder:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019\Optimized Settings

Unfortunately this didn't work, and I have now found out that CC 2019 still load export presets from the old CC 2018 folder:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2018\Optimized Settings

Is this a known bug/issue? How do I fix it? I would like to delete my old CC 2018 folders...

I now suspect there a more cases where CC 2019 looks in the old CC 2018 folders, but I haven't fully investigated on this yet. I wanted to hear if this is old news first?
