Could you be a bit more specific? What toolbar(s) are you not seeing that you expect to see?

And can you confirm which application you are using? You've posted your question in the Lightroom CC sub-forum, which is the cloud-centric version of Lightroom, and which doesn't have the same concept of "toolbars" as the desktop-centric Lightroom Classic. So which are you referring to?

Thanks Jim for your thoughtful question.  I'm new to LR and I signed up for the cloud-centric version not the Classic.  I started looking for a slideshow and couldn't find one, nor could I find library, Develop, Map, Book, Slideshow, and Print. I do not have that toolbar, nor any of those functions. As I'm new please be kind.  Thanks for any help.

OK, but understand that all those things you mention (Toolbars, Slideshow, Library, Develop, Map, etc.) only exist in LR Classic. The new could-centric Lightroom CC is a different application and has a different, much simpler, design. Consequently it doesn't have those things, but if they are important to you I guess you'll need to figure out which application suits you best. Of course there is one variation of the Photography Plan which includes BOTH Classic and LRCC, but that only comes with 20GB of cloud space (though you can buy additional space).
