You've given iPhone users what could be a wonderful time-saving tool, but it really doesn't help much. I've tried and tried to use & like it, but, here's the deal; it seems the only settings you can actually save are so few out of those available, that what could be a jumpstart truly isn't. Let US save any/all adjustments & now you're talking. I can then load a photo and have several dIfferent POWERFUL looks from which to choose! The current version = W E A K !!

Hi James,

Thanks for your feedback.
With "My Looks" you can save all the corrections(adjustments) along with any existing look. Could you please provide the details of missing setting/adjustment.

Thanks
Anmol

Hello Anmol:

Good news, My Looks is now saving my adjustments! Since Adobe released version 3.5.1 with bug fixes, all is well.

Should anyone experience issues with My Looks after installing the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop Express for iPhone, perhaps following these exact steps will help.

1. Download and install the most recent version of Adobe Photoshop Express for iOS.
2. IMPORTANT - before proceeding, you must now power off and restart the device.
3. Open the App
4. Sign-in to your Adobe Account.
5. Tap on Restore Purchases (If Applicable)

Your Photoshop Express App should now work properly.

Hello Anmol, I wasn't aware you had replied although I chose to follow this discussion. My apologies. I also must inform you as regular user of Photoshop Express on my iPhone 5s, your statement is not factual. In theory - perhaps one can save these corrections and adjustments - the reality which I have experienced numerous times, is simply very different. Since the latest update for iOS, I have found numerous inconsistencies while attempting to save 'My Looks'. For example, I tried to set three different 'looks' using the 'Dappled' effect. The presets were to be similar, yet vary just enough for me to perhaps adjust exposure. So, I set them with the same high expectations which you express so certainly in your reply to my original issue. Part of the problem I have at this exact time is remembering specific details as I attempt to relay my experiences of two weeks ago to you. So, let me just say this; out of a possible ELEVEN adjustments to the Dapple Effect, only FOUR worked. Clarity, Exposure, Highlight and Shadow. As I have no time to argue this point and you assure me that it's working? Perhaps I'll just move to another Photo Editor? I ask you to understand something & I promise you I'll do the same for you. I'm a busy man. Far too busy to come here unless I really, really am asking for assistance. Ok? I'm also a very competent user of your photo editing Application - far too competent to make errors of the magnitude you suggest I must be making. You see, since I'm not experiencing the results which you say are possible - then you're saying the error lies elsewhere. Correct? So if there's no error with Photoshop Express - there is only one remaining possibility - ME. And I promise you my friend, if I were truly that incompetent? I would never be able to use an iPhone! I could not have found this forum! And I would not and could not compose an appeal asking you to please look a bit deeper into this issue. Because I promise you, an issue does exist. I'm done here my friend - my energy is gone and I wish you success. Sincerely, James E. Allan
