Sometimes there are many tools and features in Ps I don't need them and they make the program slower..
so why not to make more than one version of Photoshop?

You know because there are illustrators, animators and designers for photo and onther for 3d and so on and everyone of them need specific features..

So make multiple version of Photoshop!!

- One for artists includes animation frame by frame (Timeline tool), illustrations ... but doesn't include 3D
- One includes all features for people who want to experience all the features
- One focus on 3D stuff..

You can make this even happens when you install Photoshop they make you have the choice to choose which version you want

Or what you can do is to make people have the ability to delete any feature they want easily so that will make the program faster for them

There are two versions already. The other version is called 'Photoshop Elements'.

Don't forget you can use different workspaces too and customize each accordingly(remove elements not needed). These are under Window > Workspace

Howdy Fadel,

Two things.

First, you can actually remove from your UI any features you don't want.  Click Edit > Menus to get the dialog.  Similarly, you can customize your various Tools in the Toolbox by clicking Edit > Toolbar.

Second, the additional functionality really doesn't slow down the app any more than having extra freeway exits slows you down while you're driving.  Just as you skip the exits and drive past them, so too does the app skip that code if you don't use it and it moves on.  True, the app's footprint is bigger, but with today's machines the unused code is negligibly slower.  Plus, supporting a bunch of disconnected versions would be ROUGH...!

Hope that helps,
