I do a lot of colour up and renderings for work. I use solid fills/shape tools and masks, It would be great if i could select multiple layers with solid fill and use the Alt+Delete / CMD + Delete shortcut to fill all with the same foreground colour / background colour.

If this could be implemented it would save me a lot of time.

Maybe something like in this video?

My plugin Pepperbox also solves other multiple layers issues. I believe it could be also handy :-)  https://pepperbox.bereza.cz/

Can you apply keyboard shortcuts to them?

It would be useful but creating shortcuts for panels is very difficult for programmers. And if you have dynamic items where you can create it remove it and there might be hundreds of different kinds of operations... it is even more difficult to implement.
