Lightroom: Moving multiple files to a directory usually fails to move one file

When I attempt to move multiple files selected with shift-clicking in the Library Pane to a new directory either by dragging and dropping or by using the "create folder inside" option available in the Folders area, most of the time it will fail to move one file. Show Photos in Subfolders is turned off.

There's no seeming rhyme or reason that I can detect - it's neither the first or last photo in the selection, but one in the middle.

Still a bug in version 5. Seems to be almost 100% for me. Running LR 5.0 under Windows 7.
