Photoshop CC: Moving a shape point after selected 'all layers' or 'selected layer'

Create a new document and a new shape. Select the tool to move the shape points. Change the point-selection to 'all layers' or 'selected layer' in the drop-down-box.
Select a point of the shape and try to move it up or down with the arrow keys.
Problem: the drop-down-box stays active, and the point of the shape does not move, but the drop-down-box changes (when pressing up/down key).
This seems to be a bug. Even when I click into the document, the drop-down stays active an catches keybord inputs.

I use Photoshop CC 14.2.1 x64. And Win 7.
My Photoshop is in german, so I can't tell you the name of the tool.

But here is the image:

Even when I select a different shape point, the drop down box stays active with a blue border, and I cant use the keboard keys to move the point.

I can’t reproduce the issue, but I work on a Mac.
What happens when you hit enter?

Hitting enter removes the focus on the the drop-down. but I think clicking inside the document should remove the focus too ... like it is with other controls (e.g. setting border thickness).
