In Lightroom for Mac in Develop mode I can use the keys "," and "." to move down and up in the adjustments ( ex: Temp, Tint, Exposure and etc).
With the keys "+" and "-" I can increase and decrement this adjustments.
+ or - Increment or decrement by x (by an amount)
+ or - with Alt Increment or decrement by x/y (by a fraction of that amount)
+ or - with Shft Increment or decrement by x * y (by a multiple of that amount)
For exemple in Temp "+" increment the amount by 5 , whit "shift +" increment the amount by 20 and "Alt +" increment the amount by 1.

This "Alt +" or "Alt -" is fantastic and I need precision adjustments.

I don't understand why this shortcut don't work in the windows version. If is a bug or don't have it. I will love to see this feature in the windows version too

I asked the same question when I was making up the shortcuts list. Result was it's a design limitation - it's not possible on Windows. If you hover over the slider, the alt up and down arrow keys do work.
