Lightroom Classic: Move Presets Folder to a cloud drive

Isn't about time that the presets folder can be moved to a cloud drive, such as onedrive, so that the presets can be shared by all catalogs and all computers in the same way that catalogs can. I and, I suspect, an increasing number of other users have cloud drives where we store all our files so that they can be accessed from multiple devices. I store my catalogs on onedrive but my presets have to sit on the same drive as the software meaning I have to copy them to my laptop. Are you intending to rectify this anytime soon?

I agree, syncing presets would be a no brainer.

In the meantime, google Symlinks. It's very unofficial, but you can put the presets on your OneDrive and fool Lightroom into looking there instead.

Thanks Victoria

I have looked at that but it seems way past time that this was LR functionality.

I have changed the status of this post to an Idea as it is actually a feature request.
