this problem persists for long periods and do not know what to do to fix; porfavor help me urgently.

The only times we've seen similar problems were due to bugs in mouse drivers, or hardware problems in the mouse itself.

does not have to be like my mouse because I have an extra external and my touch works properly and use it on my external descktop to use the PS4 and games and netbook specifically for the PS4. 'm arasado because the error makes me lose a lot of time in a simple act of using the eraser on a corner that needs a hand free edition, that this extressando me at work and in my leisure time is also geared for the PS4. I love using ADOBE program but already I'm seeing if I can find something to replace the PS4 on my netbook because this problem delaying my work in this company.

If this were a problem in Photoshop, millions of people would have seen the problem. But only you are seeing the problem. It is still most likely caused by a driver or bad hardware specific to your system.

We're giving you as much help as we can to track down the problem on your system -- but we do not know exactly what your hardware and software environment is. You are going to have to do some detective work on your system to figure out what is not working correctly on your system.

Also note that you are talking about Photoshop CS4 (aka Photoshop 11.0), Photoshop 4.0 was released in 1996 and wouldn't even run on a modern windows machine.

Yes I am talking about the PS4 (11.0) checked my drivers and they are all updated correctly. I was wondering if there is a way to calibrate the cursor genre PS4 or something I could try to make it back to normal.
This sounds like one mangling

Photoshop 11 is CS4. Again, Photoshop 4 is 15 years old.

Photoshop has no cursor or pressure calibration - that is all handled by the OS and driver software.

It really sounds like your drivers have a bug, or you have bad hardware on your system.
