I am deploying Photoshop CC 2015 on multiple Windows OS and multiple hardware. Highest spec is: Precision T1700, chip: xeon e3 1225 v3 3.20GHZ, VGA: quardro k2000 2G, Ram 16G , SSD: M6pro 256G Window Ultimate 64 bit.

Every computer get the same error, mouse was lagged when using cut path and brush liquify.

What can i do to run Photoshop CC smoothly?

What do you mean "mouse was lagged"?

Have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website?

What else is installed on your systems that might be causing problems for Photoshop (third party plugins, extension panels, utilities, etc.)?

Thanks for your reply. I have updated video card driver and windows. My PCs run only windows and photoshop CC without any utilities, third party plugins, extension panels......

When i use Brush Liquify and Cut Path function, mouse was delayed for a second. Normally, mouse have to response immediately after each click.

I hope you're at least running an antivirus utility on Windows.

Delays in mouse action could be one of two things: something delaying the event before Photoshop sees it (and some utilities and OS settings (like for tablets) can do this), or something delaying the display/feedback (like out of date video card drivers).

Did you update the video card driver from the GPU maker's website, or Microsoft (BAD IDEA) ?

VGA card get latest update from Nvidia. All computer run Microsoft Security Essentials to protect from virus.

Do you think it is the bug of photoshop CC 2015? All other functions and features work well.

I don't know - I don't recall hearing anyone else reporting this, so there may be something about your system, or what you are doing, to trigger it.

I read a lot of topic about lagging and delaying in forum.adobe.com. Many people got the same error when using brush liquify. All topics about photoshop CC 2015 lagging and delaying was not answerd by Adobe.

I will trigger my system, please let me know where i should start???

ALso have liquify lag with Photoshop, but with diff vesrions cs6,cc2014, cc2015 .. when you resizing brush in liquify it jumps around .. annoying thing which doesn't let me to work at all!

here is video that I did from screen. When you turn off Use Graphics Processor it works as it should, but I need graphics processor for faster work.
