Mouse focus issue when layers panel is detached

I have a weird bug that I'm not sure where it suddenly comes from. But scince upgrading to the new Photoshop CC, whenever my layers panel has been detached to adjust my workspace layout, inside that layers panel, focus is lost on whatever button/dropdown/textbox I was focused. After half a second the focus is back on my layer selection.

For example:
Case 1:
Normal behaviour would be if I select a layer and than go to the blending modes drop down, choose a blend mode, than I should be able to use the arrow keys to go through all the different modes.

Current buggy mode: After half a second, drop down looses focus as if I selected a layer and the arrow keys obviously move that layer around.

Case 2:
Normal behaviour would be when I set my cursor in the opacity textbox, that it stays there and I can use my backspace to delete the contents and type something else.

Current buggy mode: After half a second, textbox looses focus as if I selected a layer. So if I use backspace thinking I'm still in the textbox, I'm actually deleting my current layer.

Very, very annoying! I allready reset my workspaces and settings, but whenever I detach that layer panel, it happens in all workspaces.

It might be worth including some details of your system to see if others have the same problem. I do not see that issue here using Windows 10, Logitech Mouse, AMD HD7900 video card and GPU in Basic drawing mode.

Well, my colleagues also don't experience the issue. So it must be a setting or something, I don't know. Allready reset all my settings though.

I have Windows 10, Logitech mouse, GTX 980, GPU in Advanced Mode.

**MAY HAVE FOUND THE ISSUE**

I just found out it's probably the Device Preview window. When I disconnect this, it functions as it should.
So I guess this is a photoshop bug?

Don't understand how it didn't work when I reset my workspace though. Maybe, the devices stayed connected then?
