ACR: More adjustability to 'Clarity' and spot ACR tools

One of the more useful recent additions to ACR has been the clarity slider. Not so much to add 'clarity,' but to remove it. It provides effective local contrast reduction that softens lighting, boosts shadows, and reduces the appearance of glare and wrinkles. Great stuff there.

Adding clarity was, I think, supposed to be a substitute for adding local contrast with large-radius USM, but the effect isn't versatile enough because there's no equivalent to the radius slider. The effect seems to scale with image resolution for consistency, but not to content features. To add local contrast without looking unnatural, I think this tool needs more adjustability.

I'd also like to see a more comprehensive set of tools in the Adjustment Brush box. Noise and sharpness control in the main editing window can be finely-tuned. With spot adjustments, they're single sliders. Likewise, there's no Curves control, which alone is much more powerful and finely-tuned than all of the exposure sliders combined.
