LR: More Accurate/Dependable Track Sync in Map Module

It would be wonderful if the map feature read the UTC timestamps of GPX tracks and automatically interpreted the timezone of your images to match. Currently, even with a perfectly synced camera/gps, it seems to get confused and you have to sit and guess the offset till the images look aligned.

For any time-sync problems that are inevitable between camera and GPS device, an hour-minute-second offset would also be very helpful.Currently, we can only offset the track by hour and 6-minutes increments. That is enough time to pack up your gear and be 6 miles down the road and have your image marked accordingly. On a trip involving thousands of miles and many more thousands of images, this can be very cumbersome to manually correct. Since we can already toggle an offset, it seems an overlook to not be able to specify more precisely and in unique time formats (GMT/UTC, timezone)

Lastly, dropping an image onto a trackpoint should be able to automatically calculate the offset and align the rest of the images to the track (with further minute/second control for precision).
