The last update of Photoshop's window border and other controls was almost ten years ago, after CS 6, or about one or two years after the first version of CC was released, you updated the toolbar icon. After that, the most recent one was In Mac and Windows, you no longer use system native controls in dialog boxes, but use own controls. In the latest Mac version update, you fully adapted the dark mode of macOS, bringing the correct title bar and context menu. I do n’t understand why five years after Windows 10 was released, you still do n’t adapt to Windows 10 ’s window projection, maximizing the minimized buttons and borders.

As shown in the figure above, I don't think it is difficult for you. It is just a title bar and a border. Internally, you can use private controls. This can not only ensure the brand characteristics of Adobe, but also ensure the harmony and unity of the user environment.
