PHOTOSHOP - Modifier key for pixel snapping with the crop tool

When you initially dragging out a crop selection in Photoshop CC 2015, the crop tool snaps to the pixel grid.

However, if the crop selection is still active and you need to refine the selected area, the selection, even though it does still snap to pixels, can be placed anywhere on a pixel.

While you are given the pop-up information when you're dragging out the selection to inform you how big the selection is, the image above doesn't easily inform you if the crop is going to be to the left or right of the crop selection's edge.

I would like to either have the ability to always have the crop tool snap to pixels and use a modifier to place the crop selection anywhere on a pixel, or the inverse where you can use a modifier to snap the selection to pixels similar to how the shift key can be used to snap guides to pixels.

Half-pixels in the crop did not make sense when it is always rounded to whole number. I'd always snap crop to pixels.

The crop tool can resample -- so the area is not always limited to whole pixel boundaries.
