Lightroom Mobile: Paid features not working

I have bought the testversion and now, the new functions are still locked . What could I do? Sandra

Hi,

I assume that you mean that you tried it out on e.g. iOS device?
If so, please send us a Diagnostic log where you mention this thread.

To create a diagnostic log:
1. Enter Settings (gear icon) in Lightroom Mobile
2. Tap on Help & Support
3. do a long Tap on Access our Support Forum
