Missing serial number

i have an adobe acct it wont send me password reset information to get my missing serial number for my photoshop element 6 please help its not on my cd case or box

Hi Roxx, I looked under to account with the email address that you've used here and I don't see any registered products. Is it possible it's under a different email address?
