Missed Opportunity - Lightroom Mobile as a Portfolio

With the latest update to Lightroom Mobile it seems to me that Adobe is completely missing a functional opportunity to use Lightroom Mobile as a Portfolio Presentation Platform. It wasn't too bad before as the thumbnails were nice and large. The fact that you had to manually turn off the info overlay every time was a bit annoying. I get that you can enter presentation mode, but that is quite cumbersome to get to especially when a viewer wants to navigate quickly between collections. Also I would virtually NEVER want the images to "play" as I want the viewer to be able to stay on an image as long as they like. However the minute you leave the auto play mode we are back to having overlays... Just a simple option from the drop-down menu to enter a presentation mode that contained all galleries and had the option to be manual OR automatic would be nice. Shy of that I would prefer to go back to the larger thumbnails and layout of the previous version... (and also hide the camera roll!) It just seems to me to be such an obvious functionality that is glaringly missing. So I guess its off to some other presentation app again, so close.

Use as a portfolio could be good. But the risk with LR mobile is that the viewer inadvertently edits the images while viewing.

Ah yes, but in "Portfolio Mode" I imagine editing controls would be locked out.

You can change the thumbnail size yourself - it's a pinch/spread gesture. And hide the overlays with a series of 2-finger taps.

I was actually referring to the thumbnails on the gallery index page...
