I am having problems with mini bridge. With bridge open, mini comes up as a black box. When I "undoc" it and left click the rectangle on top of mini bridge it shows files and acts normal, but when I release the mouse, it goes black again. Any help out there? Thanx, Mark

What OS/version are you on?

Is Bridge and Photoshop up to date: http://adobe.ly/PS-Up-To-Date

Have you tried restoring Photoshop's prefs? http://adobe.ly/PS_Prefs

Thanx for the reply Jeff, I'm using windows XP. I download a camera raw upgrade and that was the only upgrade. I followed your instructions in the preferences, but I still have the problem.

One last thing, I'd try updating the video card driver by going to either the nVidia or ATI website to grab the absolute latest video card drivers:

GPU and OpenGL support | Photoshop CS4, CS5: http://adobe.ly/OpenGL

One more thing to try. From the Mini Bridge panel menu, select "Settings..." then click "Appearance" and uncheck "color manage panel" - restart Photoshop and see if the issue goes away.

The likely culprit is a corrupt monitor profile. If you replace the monitor profile, you can probably turn it back on.
