Lightroom CC: Migrated Albums from Lightroom Classic disappear after a week?

Dozens of albums(collections in Lightroom Classic) with 640 gigs of photos were successfully migrated to Lightroom CC a week or so ago into the "Migrated collections" folder. I then attempted to move all of my sub folders over to be in the main directory. Check back a day or so later and all of my folder/collections that were migrated are gone! The few folders I had directly imported into CC are still there however.

This is very frustrating and not easy to fix as I had many sub folders.

Is there any chance they can be brought back? I don't want to delete my photos are re migrate them again as I have made many edits to the photos while inside of Lightroom CC.

Does the correct structure appear in Lightroom web? https://lightroom.adobe.com

Is LrCC still syncing in the top right cloud icon of the app?

No the folder structure in lightroom web is also missing the folders.

LrCC says "synced and backed up".

Could this have been caused by opening Classic just to create a panoramic photo?

After this happened I tried opening the old catalog(the one I migrated) and turned on mobile sync. This just seems to download photos which are already in my library? I'm confused how I am supposed to use Classic and CC together with syncing? All I was is to be able to photomerge every once and a while.

Thanks!

Did you unsync the photos and collection from Lr Classic just before or after migration to LrCC?

I don't think that I had it syncing to be honest. I don't think I turned it on until I was trying to fix this problem.
