Microsoft Runtime error when launching Photoshop CS6 From Lightroom 4

I'm running Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 4 (both 64 bit) on Win 7. I got no errors during installation. Both programs run without issues if run independently and, having installed Nik, and OnOne plugins to PS, I tested them and they seem to work fine as well. However, from within LR4, if I try to edit an image with CS6, I immediately get a Microsoft Runtime error R6034 "an application has made and attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly". The error does NOT occur if I launch PS independently and then Edit from LR.. only if I try to launch PS from within LR. Thanks for your help.

I get the same run time error ( I don't have LightRoom ) at "Scanning for Plugins" start up
sequence . I click on it about 22 times to clear it ,
then CS6 starts normally !!

Bully, did you use a prior version of PS?? If so, did you "copy" the plug-ins folder from previous version to CS6? If so, that may be the issue.. your plug-in software needs to be re-installed to the CS6 plug-in folder.. not just copied to it. I've seen other responses to that effect on the board. In my case, my plug-ins were actually re-installed, and my CS6-PS runs normally if I launch it independently.

Thanks Rockytop62. I'll give it a try and report back.
Yes, I copied/pasted CS5 to CS6 plugins :-(
