Adobe Premiere Elements 13. Menu text distorted when file is reopened. Wrong size, wrong scale. Text on multiple lines revert back to one line with strange coding at line break locations. Burning before closing doesn't help. DVD menu text convoluted too.

I reported this problem a few months ago. Adobe instead fix bug answered that I could buy a new version of the program in which it was fixed. Adobe has in the as_ their users. The conclusion is that you should start using pirated versions. Since they have f_ck you do the same.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled teksty tytułowe scen - movie menu - Premiere Elements 13.

Program działa nieprawidłowo.
Opis błędnego działania.

Utworzyłem film i menu filmu do niego.

I created a movie and the movie menu. I format the text of the title scenes. Burned DVD. Everything was OK.
After a few days I decided to modify the movie menu. When I opened them all the texts were poorly formatted, another font, subtitles in one line despite their division into two lines.

Adobe Premiere Elements13

Complaint

I bought a program with defects. Description below. A few months ago I reported the complaint to Adobe but so far not received a reply. I expect delivery program without defects.

I created film and
film menu. I formatted text in menu. I burn bluray. Everything was OK.
After few days i decided to change something in film menu. When I open
film menu all text was wrong formatted. It was different fonts, there
was not CR. I had to remove film menu and create it again. What
happened, how to avoid that situation?
Example in attached picture.

I encountered this a long time ago, and again today and it was hard finding the answer.  I think this is it: https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-elements/using/menu-markers.html  It states in this link that
"Text in this box doesn’t wrap, so to place the name on multiple lines, press Ctrl+Enter for each new line".  So don't use the ENTER key on your keyboard for multiple lines of text.

Never. Acrobat support said "you have to buy a new version". No responsibility for bugs.

I find it surprising that there are so few complaints on the forums about this one. I've just given up on multi-line texts on the disc menus.
