Menu font size bug in Lightroom Classic CC 7.2 on Dell XPS13

I am experiencing a problem with the font size in menus / sub-menus etc in Lightroom 7.2. The font size in menu items is too large. From my posts on the forum it appears I am not alone.

The screenshot in my forum post shows the large font in the menu, and a heading in a dialog ( note errors in rendering of screen elements ).

Changing the font size in Lightroom preferences or windows scaling makes no difference. Also, the fault is intermittent, coming and going without changes being made to the settings.

Lightroom Classic CC is newly installed on a brand new XPS13. The fault does not manifest on the laptop's native 4K display, but does on the 2 Dell U2410 HD monitors I use. This makes me suspicious of scaling, but only menus are affected, and only the Lightroom application is affected ( Photoshop, Word etc work perfectly ). To me, this points directly to a Lightroom bug.

This is actually a serious problem as it impairs my ability to work in Lightroom.

Right Click on the Lightroom Program File Shortcut (Normally found here: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Adobe...[the exact path will vary depending on your exact version) then click on Properties. Go to the Compatibility Tab. Select Change High DPI Settings. Click the High DPI Scaling Override and Change the option to System. That should now open the program correctly scaled.
