Upgraded from 2019 to 2020 But had to revert as there was no menu bar despite a clean install

There really is a menu bar. The entire community would be up in arms if there weren't.  Have you tried deleting Preferences? Things often get wobbly when Preferences are carried forward between versions. For more about dealing with Preferences see the link, in case you're not often in the habit of deleting them. Deleting them will delete any unsaved Presets you've created, so be sure to save those first.

Of course, if that doesn't help, come back here. Although Adobe staff are mostly on vacation, staff from parts of the world that don't celebrate Christmas are probably trying to cover for them and might take a look here if they can find time.

Are you in Full Screen Mode with Menu Bar? I think I read something about a problem with Full Screen Mode here, but can't remember what exactly it was. There's no problem here on my Mac running Mojave.  If you're also missing it from any Screen mode whatsoever, that's not something I've heard of before.

I can't think how any preference or workspace could have gotten set to hide the menu bar, other than Full Screen (without menu bar). Maybe someone else here has. It might be a good idea to say what OS you're running. People who have that OS might have a clue for you.

Sorry it's nothing easy. We've got tech gurus here, but it is a holiday. I'm glad that at least you can still get your work done by reverting.

It sounds like this issue caused by a conflict between two different Graphics Cards. See step 7 of https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html#GPUandgraphicsdrivertroubleshootingsteps

It may help if wecould see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help>System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

I'm having the same problem. I didn't experience it until I updated to 21.1.1. I tried to revert to the previous update, but the problem now stuck.

Have you tried making sure your graphics driver is up to date and reset your preferences?

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Instale Photoshop 20.1.1 y no me muestra el Menu.

This is likely due to Dual GPU setup, go to device manager and under Display adapters check how many Graphics cards are available, try disabling one of them at a time and then check Photoshop.

It's most likely to be that the graphics processor is no longer supported. Adobe will help you revert to PS2019 which should work fine but short of buying a new processor that's probably the best you can hope for. I have had the same issue.
