Lightroom Classic: Possible memory leak while using detail sliders

Hi here!

LR reaches 3Gb in RAM when using Detail sliders. This happens with version 7.0.1. Didn't do that with previous build. Windows displays a warning asking me to quit the app... I have 16Gb of RAM...
Anyone can confirm? If so, is there any workaround?
Regards

Julien

My LR Classic normally uses 6-7GB RAM, and I have seen it using 12GB without problems.

3 GB seems to be quite normal.
And there is no reason for it to happen on 7.0.1 and not on 7.0.

If Lr is using 3GB out of 15GB of RAM, it is not of big concern.

Regarding the Windows warning, you might check https://www.online-tech-tips.com/computer-tips/simple-ways-to-increase-your-computers-performace-configuring-the-paging-file/ to make sure you have enough scratch disk space for paging files for Windows virtual memory system.

Hello guys!

Thanks for your answers... I've tweaked my paging file settings... Seems to be working fine so far :-)

Cheers
