Elements: MediaData.db3 file - Adobe Solution is to rename. Where is it?

Photoshop editor 9, errors out. I tried to follow the instructions to rename the "MediaData.db3" file but cannot find anything like that on my computer. I have Vista 7,. The path shown in the solution is nothing like what is on my PC. I am reasonably certain that the given solution would work. I just can't find the file.

(It's MediaDatabase.db3 and it's not in the ProgramFiles folder depending on your Windows version)

I was eventually able to locate the file using the search option to include hidden files. I am however still unable to see the folder (Program Data) even with the hidden files option of windows explorer, but that's a widows problem, as for photoshop, I am back in business. Thanks so very much for the help....
