I am trying to archive my photoshop express library. The media downloader stops before completeing the download to pscom_library file.

Also, I believe that all my photos in my library are JPEGs...so I need to archive?

If all of your photoshop.com files are jpg, then they should all migrate to Revel.

Here is a link to our forum FAQ regarding archiving:

FAQ: How do I use the Adobe Media Downloader ?

Are you getting a download complete message from media downloader or is it stopping. Is there an error message? How many files does it say were copied?

If you are having trouble with the downloader, try using a current version of chrome or firefox for your browser and be sure to download and install adobe air first, then the downloader.
