Elements 12 not working on Mavericks (MacOS 10.9)

Currently own a Mac OS X 10.6.8. with PSE 10 installed. Purchased PSE 12 for Mac OS from Costco for $50+ Via website, recommended higher OS version. Downloaded Maverick 10.9 from Apple Website, PSE 12 DOES NOT work with Maverick along with other software (iphoto, Epson scanner, desktop access etc). As a result, I HAD to restore my computer and lost pertinent software & files on my computer AND I'm out $50 in addition to lost files & software. I had to learn the hard way that Maverick is NOT compatible with PSE 12! I have spent the last 4 days on the phone with Apple reps and searching Epson & Adobe websites to fix these problems. When I purchased the Mac OS version of PSE 12 it did not state, online, that it was not compatible with my current OS, otherwise I would have saved a lot of grief, stress, headaches & money. When this product is advertised, online, it should state the compatibility. Very frustrated with the end result of installing & uninstalling PSE 12 and my Mac OS!!

What problems are you having?

Epson has been releasing driver updates to work with MacOS 10.9 - but you didn't specify which Epson device you were having problems with.

And while MacOS 10.9 does have more than a few problems (some of which have been fixed in 10.9.1) - most Elements 12 users don't seem to be having that many problems.

And I'm still not clear why you had to restore your system.
