Photoshop.com/Photoshop Elements: How do I mass delete all of my photoshop.com albums so I can start over?

I would like to delete all my photos on photoshop.com, as I uploaded and purchased 100GB a few years ago. I recently upgraded to PS Elements 10 and now have access to photoshop.com. I would like to start over, and delete all albums/photos and look into using as a straight back-up site. I tried to delete 1 album, and it took over an hour and never completed. So, I want to erase and start over. Is that something you can help me with? Last, is there a back-up option with more than 100GB? My current photo library is 160GB. Thanks

Hi Mark,

In order to delete your photos collectively from the online account , clcik on 'Everything' that appears on the left under 'All Photos and Videos' . Noew select all files shown using Ctrl click or Shift select . After all the files are selected, choose the option Delete from the lower pane.

Similary, to delete the albums collectively , you will be required to click on 'Albums' header present on the left. When you see all the albums , select all of them in the same way as you did for images and hit Delete.

Hope that helps ...

I had to create a new catalog after I synced my catalog to photoshop.com. When I created the new one and selected sync, it told me that it would replace what was on photoshop.com. It doesn't seem to be doing that...I think it is adding more pictures. It's very confusing and I would like to delete everything in the photoshop.com library and start all over. Is there as way for me to empty the library and start fresh?

Do you have an active, paid subscription with Photoshop.com? If not, there may be an easier solution.

Now my problem is that in Elements organizer it's telling me I have over 3,000 photos to be deleted and do I want to delete them from my disk. When I select no, I get the spinning wheel of death and I have to force close the program. When I try to backup/sync, I get the error message that sends me to that photo deletions that I mentioned. I do not believe that my entire catalog is backed up and I am not sure to tell what has been backed up and what hasn't and I can't get past the error message without crashing. Thanks for your help with this.

I think I was able to get past the conflicts errors - my question now is how can you tell what is being backed up to photoshop.com? Is there a way to click on the folder or file or something to tell that it's backed up?

You can see the status for all the files which has been synced or not synced to Photoshop.com. Jsut go to status bar of Elements Organizer at the bottom and right click on the sync icon there. Then select "View files pending Backup/Synchronization" option. You will see all the files which are yet to be synced.
