Mask problem - raster and shape layers - Photoshop CS6

I will use example, since I don't know how to introduce my "bug" better. I have two circles, both on different layers - one is raster, another one shape. Both circles have masks with something drawn on it, lets say its square. I want to make this square smaller - I click my mask layer, then marquee tool and Ctrl+T and make my square (drawn on mask layer) smaller or bigger. Everything work on my raster-circle layer. When I am trying the same on my shape layer - there is trouble. Anything I do - I have my whole shape resized, instead of drawing on mask. (yes, my mask layer is active). I am pretty sure everything worked fine on CS5. My "bug" exist on CS6 (fully updated with updater tool). Can someone help me? It is bug or new version "improvement"?.

Please try deselecting the Shape Layer Path (edited) in the Paths Panel.
