Full functionality HUD feature to allow for users to simply press keys to get an on-screen active "HUD menu" that is similar to Autodesk Maya's marking menus (hotbox) feature. The benefit would be that the user can stay in full screen and have full accessibility to all of the menus, palettes and features.

Here is a link to a quick tutorial on Maya's marking menus.

I'd love too, to get a pie menu in Photoshop.
John Nack suggested to use configurator, but I don't think it could create an uninstusive enough interface.

I love contextual menus, they are some of the fastest ways to perform convoluted tasks, and wish that there were more, like on Ps win, where one could get ducplicate image, image or canvas size when doing a right-click on the titlebar of a document. I wish it also had more document specific entries, like mode or profiles changes, or that it would also be available on tabs.

The advantage to using marking menus is that the more the user invokes the actions, the more they gain muscle memory and pretty soon they will invoke the action at a very efficient, quick pace without even thinking about it. It really does speed up the workflow.
