PHOTOSHOP CC 2015.1 - Marching Ants Don't Move When Transforming in Action

Since the update to 2015.1.1, I have experienced an issue where the marching ants do not render correctly during the execution of an action. When I use the Free Transform command on a selection normally, each time I change the selection the marching ants move to reflect where the selection will be after my transformation, letting me see the results of my changes before I confirm. However, since 2015.1.1 (and continuing in 2015.1.2) the ants will not move during a Transform if it's executed as part of an action, which makes actions that involve a Transform step almost unusable.

Another user captured a video illustrating this effect: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nl4HEs7mVkc&feature=youtu.be

The same issue can be seen when using the Perspective Crop tool inside an action, which I captured two screenshots to demonstrate:

When using tool normally: https://gyazo.com/682f4b8e0131caea7745ea6730bddb72
When using tool inside an action: https://gyazo.com/193e7fa74d48f96ae4963a881b90cac9

This tool also does not show the marching ants border when used inside an action.
