MANY fonts that ARE installed on the system DO NOT show up in Photoshop using the text tool!!! MOST OF WHICH I USE REGULARLY AND THEY ALL SHOW UP IN GIMP but the DO NOT SHOW UP AT ALL WHATSOEVER IN PHOTOSHOP!!! One I created myself called "Reshiram Dialogue" DOES NOT show up AT ALL!!! ONLY random fonts display when I start typing "Res" AND NOT THE ONE I AM LOOKING FOR THAT I KNOW IS ON THE SYSTEM BECAUSE ALL OTHER PROGRAMS SEE IT EXCEPT PHOTOSHOP CC 2015!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bitmap fonts (ancient at this point) won't show up in Photoshop, and known corrupt fonts will be excluded.
Beyond that, Photoshop loads whatever fonts are available to the OS.
Did you relaunch Photoshop after adding your fonts?

You should also have someone take a look at your keyboard - the caps lock key appears to be sticking intermittently.

Also, make sure you scroll down the list of fonts in Photoshop, because the fonts are sorted by script (language) and some freeware fonts have bad script (language) codes.

And it looks like your keyboard is getting even worse.
