On Mac (Yosemite, current version) and Photoshop CC2015, using printer Epson WF-7510. I am trying to print on a 9x12 cardstock but PS is grayed out for the "manage custom sizes". Any insight on how to resolve this please? (I am able to select this setting in other softwares - non PS related). Thank you for any help you can give!

You manage the custom paper sizes in the printer driver dialogs (what you get after clicking "Print Settings...", not in Adobe controlled dialogs.

In the Epson printer driver dialog, create and save the custom paper size. Then that size should be available in Photoshop and other applications.

Right, that's how I do it for all other applications but PS is the only one that is grayed out, when I go to print, print settings thru PS. I think I'm going to just delete the printer, reinstall, reboot and see if by chance that resolves it.

You will need to ask Epson why it is grayed out - that part is not under Photoshop's control in any way.

Thank you Chris. I did just that, and they had me do as I had mentioned earlier.... delete the printer and reinstall. Easy peasy and it's all working perfectly now. Thank you for taking the time to try and help :-)
