Malfunctioning Polygonal Lasso Tool in Windows 10 PS CC 2015

The Polygonal Lasso tool will not consistently place points on a selection. When I click select and moving to another point it randomly fails to graph a line between the last point and the new one I want. I can go back and click again at the previous point and it will sometimes follow to the next point, but sometimes with just close the selection prematurely.

Using a Kingston Orbit Trackball, I uninstalled and did a fresh install with updated drivers.

This happened after I upgraded to Windows 10 Version 1511 (OS Build 10586.318).

Is there a solution to this problem?

I'm curious does this problem repeat itself when you're not using the trackball. Does it still produce the issue with a regular mouse?

I tried a Dell Mouse still had the problem. I removed the Trackball software and eliminated from the device panel, restarted my computer with a standard Dell mouse and the reinstalled the Trackball with a fresh download of the control program and drivers. It still is not working, Now Bridge fails to respond to the mouse clicks every few random times.

Interesting, and strange. I'm trying to isolate whether or not there is a conflict with the trackball driver and other elements within the applications. When you removed the trackball software, and only used the mouse, did everything function normally? I'm wondering how it worked before re-installing the trackball drivers?

There have been multiple threads in the past on the forums about Bridge not responding properly.
