Making pdf's in Bridge takes too long.

What's wrong with Bridge CS6 today? Is it the "end-of-the-month-bug".

I need to send a client a contact sheet-pdf. Usually they take around 25 seconds to produce. Today it's not finished even after 25 minutes. (It did finish after 43 minutes).

This pdf consists of 103 pictures and looks like a contact sheet back in the old days when you were using film and had used 3 rolls of film. Each page has 4 columns and 5 rows, as I usually make my contact sheet-pdf:s.

This happens from time to time, usually at the end of the month, but sometimes at any time of the month. Bridge use 180 - 200% of the CPU – the fans run at full speed and any other function in the computer are impossible to use, due to the amount of CPU used by Bridge. Sometimes you can't even force-quit Bridge just because the beach-ball keeps spinning so frantically. The only way to turn Bridge off is by turning the whole computer off with the on/off-button. This could maybe be something to look into for the Bridge team.

I've checked if some other programme could be the cause, but its only the normal system functions running – using less than 1% of the CPU, each.
