Idea: Make all metadata available for use as a filter in Lightroom, please, PSL-engineering team! Would be really helpful to better organize HDR Workflows and use espec. "exposure compension" (Exif) for filtering purposes.

Thanks

You need to add full support for XMP Fields in Search and Smart Collections, so it is possible to set a criteria for all Fields (i.e. all Fields in the Location TAG).

Same with Custom XMP Fields.

It must also be possible to save custom XMP Fields to the XMP sidecar file.

Its strange that Adobe do not support the full extend of its own standard for metadata in imagefiles in a software that are created for photographers and claimed to be a Complete solution both as DAM and RAW Editing Software...??

Adobe Bridge supports this, why not Lightroom?

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6.5 still doesn't support all XMP fields visible in metadatapanel in search and Smart Collections, there are still a lot of xmp Fields not possible to set search criteria for both in Smart Collections and Search ... Time to do something for those who need full search/sorting capasity too, not only for mom and dad photographing their children ...
