Place the Minimize/Restore/Close buttons on the Menu Bar so they are available when in full screen (as is already done with Photoshop). It's a nuisance having to switch back to regular viewing mode, just to minimize or close out Lightroom, then do it again once re-opened.
No, Photoshop's full screen mode also doesn't show those buttons - because it is using the full screen.
Photoshop does have another mode that hides all other apps, but leaves the window frame visible (and thus the buttons), but that's the mode before fullscreen mode (fullscreen is the one that hides the menu bar, window frame, dock, etc.).
Thanks Chris. That's true. What I'm getting at is that Lightroom's full-screen hide the title bar (as it does at present), but keep the Minimize/Restore/Close buttons available by moving them to the same level as the menus, as Photoshop does when you first go in. Looking at it another way, Photoshop solves the problem of wasted screen real-estate by getting rid of the title bar altogether, while leaving those three buttons available.
It’s not a big deal of course, just a feature request. :-)
