Photoshop/Lightroom: Sign in problems, apps think they're a trial

In answer to Adobe's support answers regarding having to sign in to Adobe because it thinks I have a trial subscription (I don't), I have done all that Adobe has suggested, including uninstalling the Creative Cloud App and then re-installing the newest version as of this date. I also updated the Adobe Application Manager. Nothing Works!!!! I have been in contact with Adobe "India" more times and more hours than can be counted for this continuous problem that has plagued my subscription since it's beginning. Adobe "India" has 'taken over' my computer countless times and then assured me the problem is fixed only to have it immediately return on both of the computers I use for these programs. I also followed the steps on deleting certain files described on the Adobe support forum. I can't believe the "big guns" in the Adobe hierarchy are not aware of this or even bothering to read these forums. This is an issue also experienced by many other Adobe subscribers. If you can develop a beautiful application such as Lightroom or Photoshop surely you guys can put your attention and talent to fixing this MAJOR problem that will not allow subscribers to ever work offline!!!! Adobe staff have never been able to resolve this. SHAME ON ADOBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry you're having trouble. I'll have someone senior work with you directly.

Are both Lightroom and Photoshop having trouble with Sign-on/trial status?

Hi Jeffrey,
I am experiencing the "trial subscription" issue with both Lightroom & Photoshop on both of my computers. My desktop is a PC (Windows 7) and my laptop isa PC running Windows 8. I have never had this problem with any other applications other than Adobe.
