Just updated the Photoshop Elements Organizer yesterday and now when I mark a face in a photo and enter who it is, it disappears. Happens repeatedly on multiple photos. The Organizer is completely UNUSABLE to me now. Major bug...

Thank you,

I continued to play around with this after posting the Bug and I found if I type in enough of the name so it is the only one displayed in the "Who Is This?" tag, the Mark a Face box will not disappear. After I did this once or twice, it appears to be working properly again. Will let you know if it starts happening again.

Neat trick, but I cannot type into the box that opens under the "Who is this?" box on the the actual photo. Tapping the keyboard when the cursor's in this box gives audible error beeps, but nothing appears in the box at all. I have "People Recognition" checked in the View menu, but there's no way to actually enter any data. Although my problem with People Recognition is not identical to his, I agree with OP that this is a "Major bug."

I get the same problem when choosing "Click here to add a caption" under the photo -- an input box appears with a text cursor, but it won't take input. (If I choose Caption from the context menu of a photo in Grid view, I CAN input a caption.) This has to be related major bug
