Hi,I would like to suggest a new behavior of the zoom function between two images:As many people shoot bursts of pictures in order to be sure to have the sharpest picture, I would like to have an option to keep the same zooming level and area when selecting the next picture. You could implement this as a global setting or have a checkbox option when zooming into a picture.Hope it will be implemented

LR normally maintains the current zoom level and zoom position when you move from from photo to photo in Loupe mode, for both Library and Develop.

If that's not happening for you, perhaps you could provide a screen recording of what is happening. (Upload it to Youtube, Dropbox, or similar and post the sharing link here.)

Here is a clear example where it would be useful:

I shot a wedding and have tons of portraits to review. It’s a pain to have to zoom each time at the same place. I would make this the default behavior when you switch using the filmstrip below; not the general bevior.

Also... stacks! Stacks! Stacks!

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Keep the ZOOM constant when cycling through images.

When you are looking at photos, often times we want to see the images zoomed in and compare, but when we toggle from one image to another (after you are zoomed in) the image goes back to full screen and NOT ZOOMED, so you have to zoom in on each and every image.  It would be fantastic if you could ZOOM in on an image and then if you click on the next image in the film strip, the zoom rate and position would stay where it was in the last image so we could compare between a set of images.  That way we could see the difference between specifics on a photo.
