'Maintain aspect ratio' button doesn't work when resizing objects after update.

Select an object, and drag the side node to stretch sideways and realised Photoshop now has the 'maintain aspect ratio' on as default, unticked the link icon but it does not disable, the only way is to hold Shift when resizing which is the opposite of the old way.

I have seen similar posts but wanted to simplify the bug report. It is the Maintain aspect ratio button that is broken.

Hi Richard  it's been reported here. I've also reported that the maintain aspect ration button is broken.

the bug here is for the constrain button in the tool options bar.  It's being ignored when unchecked in the new default constrained mode.  good bug.

Hi Rosa. I did search for the bug but found nothing, posted this, then in "related conversations" down the right I saw that post, so apologies for repeating the problem. Just so long as it is known by Adobe.
